JOHNS HOPKINS HOSPITAL
The division of Plastic surgery is headed by
Dr. W P Andrew Lee. My preceptor here was Dr
Michelle Ann Manahan who does a lot of work
in breast reconstruction. She is very approachable
and tremendously helpful. All the faculty and
staff at Hopkins are extremely welcoming and
supportive. I was fortunate to meet and interact
with Dr. Paul Manson who is a living legend and
revered in the Plastic Surgery community. He
taught me how to make surgery simple and yet
insightful. It was here that another dimension
of Neuroplastic opened up to me by Dr. Chad
Gordon who invited me to attend conference
and cadaver lab on Neuro-plastic surgery. He
is a pioneer in multi- disciplinary approach to
neurosurgery which involved plastic surgery
that was full of innovation. It left me awe-struck
at the advances in neuroplastic surgery and its
potential in future.
Interaction with different faculty in the
operating rooms and their clinic helped me get Dr. Michelle Manahan and me at Johns Hopkins
a different viewpoint on approach to a patient.
Dr.Richard Reddet inspired me to join Resurge but requires high level of skill and experience

important is that our patients are not mentally
