KEEPING THE MORALE HIGH

I also spent a lot of time and effort in keeping a high morale among the health care workers by
catering to their needs and demands, ensuring with my team that they get good quality PPE to
work in, healthy food to eat, and a good accommodation for on duty and post duty quarantine,
always making their safety our first priority.

This was a time when the media scrutiny was there every day. Innumerable meetings, never ending
buzzing of the phone, video conferences, addressing the grievances of patients, students and their

parents, posting orders, procuring PPEs, assessing the quality of the equipments, counselling the
patients and their relatives, Arranging food and transport during the time of lockdown and unfriendly
weather, recruiting ground level staff and many more which posed tremendous challenges.
