           It  was  20*12  cm  ulcerated  exuberant  lesion
           over the frontal and parietal scalp region with
           everted margins. It was suspected to be a Basal
           Cell  Carcinoma.  She  was  treated  at  a  local
           hospital and had presented to us for definitive
           management.

           The Plan:                                          Duraplasty was done using Fascia Lata Graft.


           To  confirm  the  diagnosis  first  by  a  Biopsy
           (which was found to be BCC).

           Then plan for wide excision and reconstruction
           accordingly.

           A large Anterolateral Thigh (ALT) free flap was
           planned as

           1) It was anticipated that the defect size would
