someone wants to take a break from work, or a break for ill health, even a break for rejuvenation.
3. Written workplace policies for pregnancy, maternity, paternity, childcare and sexual
harassment at work.
4. In a more philosophical and long term view, I would advise the millennial parents to bring
up their children without gender bias. Do not tell your son what to do and do not tell your
daughter what not to do!!!
Men and women will never be equal. We need not strive for men and women to be equal. But
what needs to be equal is how we as a society treat men and women!!!
