The R.A.P. team is an initiative from the makers of the online journal magazine PLASTICOS with
the aim of sharing knowledge and information regarding the speciality of plastic surgery and
further avenues for continuing medical education, various societies and fellowships. We aim to
promote residents to write and feature their work so that it helps them in the post residency
period when they enter the real world. We also aim to create a global platform where plastic sur-
geons in training can interact and discuss issues pertaining to the field.

The general criteria for becoming a member: www.plasticos.net
1. First/ Second/ Third year M.Ch. or DNB Resident (Can remain members even after clear-
ing the exam)
2. Residents who have cleared their exams upto an year are eligible.

R.A.P. is an active WhatsApp group with close to 200 plastic surgery residents from colleges
